Can I use the Leap Motion Controller with different USB cables or cables of different lengths?

Using USB cables, other than the set provided, may work. Users who wish to use different cables should look for the certified Hi-Speed (USB 2.0) or SuperSpeed (USB 3.0) logo on the cable packaging. We only officially support the two Leap Motion USB cables that are shipped with the product.
