Qubic - A Fast-phased Rhythmic Game

Clean, simple and lots of fun

Navigate the little qube through the maze of oncoming obstacles as you reach for new lengths. Use the Leap Motion Controller for an intuitive and natural way of steering. Just lean your hand left or right and the qube will immediately follow. To make the menu browsing as simple as possible using the Leap Motion Controller, we made the buttons actually clickable. When browsing the menu your finger becomes projected in the game, and as you press it against a menu button the button gets clicked. Clean, simple, and lots of fun.

Features

This game has no stages, but rather one continuous game. Every 20 seconds you level up and the game gets harder. When the game gets harder the music will change between three unique soundtracks. To make it even more fun, there is a global high score list. Are you up for the challenge?

  • Simple game, didn't like it though

It's too straightforward and doesn't have any wow-factor with regards to using the awesome possibilities of the LeapMotion controller. Kind of a "default game", and 2$ for that is too much (IMO).

Ok, once you understand how to move (hand tilting on the right or on the left, as if your hand were a starship :p ) this game is fuc**** awesome, a lot of fun !! - Though for a future upgrade I think it would be more ergonomic if you don't allow the cube (in menu) to be behind any button. - Is it possible to cut off the music from game ? Playing with my drum and bass playlist would be great ! :D good job ;)

Once I realized I had to tilt my hand (READ THE HELP) the game became awesome. Glad I got this one.

  • Simple yet fun game.

This game gets really tough(for me anyway) about 5 minutes in. It's also one of the only games on leap that I've tried thus far that can take some fast hand eye coordination, which is something I like. I keep coming back to this one because I want to beat my last score, fun game. P.S.: If you get the "missing msvcp110.dll error" just download visual c++ redistributable for visual studio 2012. It should solve the error and it only takes a few seconds to find.
