Image assets are duplicated between OSX/Windows app details
My app is cross-platform. I have six screenshots for my app. I uploaded them to the the Mac info page first. Then I edited the Windows info page and added my images there. When I clicked "save" the submission status shows this error:
You must upload between 3 and 8 screenshots
In each platform info page there is a duplicate of all the images (icon, profiles, screenshots). Attempts to delete images are unsuccessful.
Another platform related bug: I had uploaded a Windows and an OSX binary, but the one originally labelled "OSX" in the Uploaded Binaries section changed to "Windows" at some point. The download link still retrieves the Mac DMG file, but the label says "Windows". I am unsure whether or not to attempt a submission with the incorrect OS label, or the excessive number of images which I am unable to modify.
Hi Adam,
Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention.
In regards to screenshots, we addressed an issue in Airspace a few days ago related to screenshots. From what I see in the submission flow, you app did come through and the screenshots look fine on this end. Did the error only appear when setting up your App Details for Windows? Did you see it again when clicking "Submit to Airspace?"
Looks like you fixed the Windows binary by uploading another one under 0.5-261. I do see the OSX binary file under the older Windows record 0.5-260. We'll investigate this issue. It looks like the Windows radio button may have been accidentally selected after the upload finished.
We did change the Binary upload flow by creating separate buttons for OSX and Windows matching the App Details flow, so this issue should not happen again.
Please let us know if these issues still occur and we will be glad to investigate and rectify as soon as possible.
Thanks for the reply. From what I can tell the issue appears to be resolved. I was able to remove the redundant images yesterday. I also re-uploaded the OSX binary, which then had the correct tag.
