This virtual reality app requires the use of an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift, a mounted Leap Motion Controller (using the VR Developer Mount or unofficial alternative), and the Leap Motion Orion software. It has not been tested on the latest V4 beta.
“Itadakimasu!” is a therapeutic VR experience that reacts to your hand gestures. This cute and simple demo lets you fulfill your dream of interacting with a variety of animals. WARNING: You may experience cravings for sushi afterwards!
Use these three simple hand gestures to get a reaction:
- Thumbs Up
- Peace Sign
- The Bird
To change the player height on the HTC Vive, use the arrow keys ↑↓.

Yea, this doesn’t open on the vive. All other Leap Motion demos so far have run on vive just fine.
