You can run the set of diagnostic tests to help troubleshoot any problems you encounter when using your Leap Motion Controller.

To uninstall the Leap Motion software on Mac OS X, run the uninstall program located in the Leap Motion.app package:

Leap Software version 0.8.0 and above requires an updated firmware. If you are updating from a firmware that is older than version 16 you may experience issues when installing the latest software. This occurs with some earlier devices that were shipped with an older firmware or if you are updating form an early version of the software containing an old firmware version.
